Attached to this e-mail is your approved referral
partner logo, a template page for you to display on your site and a document
with the Partner Program commission structure. The logo may not be changed in
any way other than to re-size it. You may use this logo to link directly to
ibill's service agreement, our home page, or any other location that is in
compliance with our terms of participation. The template page is provided for
you to display on your site, indicating that you are an approved Partner of
ibill, directing the user through the sign-up procedure. You may use the page as
it is, or create a page with your own look and feel, as long as it contains the
information and links located on this template.
COMMISSION PAYOUTS
Each Partner who sends ibill a client will receive
the following payout for a period of 2 years. The initial payout will begin 90
days
from client signature and occur on a monthly basis
thereafter. The delay in payment will enable us to reconcile the Web900 service,
which typically takes 45 days to clear.

of the ibill service revenue
For
example: You refer a client to us who is processing $25,000 a month. We will pay
you $150.00 a month for 2 years on that one account. At the end of 2 years, we
will pay you over $3,700. That's just for one client, and ibill is handling
everything for you!

In the TP model, all Clients' transactions
referred by the Partner will be aggregated in order to determine the appropriate
commission percentage.
